BIO

Hadani Woodruff

Hadani is a self-taught artist known for her ethereal oil paintings on canvas. Her signature works are expansive landscapes that capture the rugged beauty of Aotearoa.

Each work reflects her deep connection to nature and her adventurous spirit, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the breathtaking landscapes. Inspired by her passion for trail running Hadani translates the awe - inspiring vistas and unique terrains she encounters in the outback into immersive artworks.

In addition to her artistic practice, Hadani works as a peer art support worker at Ōtautahi Creative Spaces, a role she is deeply passionate about. She supports and mentors individuals with experience of mental distress and trauma, using art as a medium for well being and expression. Through both her art and her work, Hadani aims to evoke emotion and foster connection within the community.
